No words better describe Chatterbox than flourishing business.
In April of 1987, owner Ida Rykalla purchased Chatterbox in its original location on the corner of Route 82 and State Road in North Royalton. The salon remained there until late June of 1989. Chatterbox, however, became a smashing success and grew quickly, making it necessary to move three more times! After fifteen years, Chatterbox finally made its permanent home in its current space.
Ida purchased the salon’s name with the business. Though the salon is always busy and therefore abundant in chatter, Ida chose to keep the name because she felt it was unusual and fun.
After twenty-three years of business, Chatterbox is the largest and most successful salon in North Royalton and the Chatterbox team is confident the salon will continue to grow and evolve.
I’ve been coming for 14 years and I love my stylist and the great service. I am confident in my stylist, Ida, and like how she suggests new and changing styles!
